Returning from Malta early January 2017 we settled down to our Spanish Routine - just jumping, but gently!, whilst the madre was still in a plastered state

January snow came to Moraira after 12 years' absence. February Stephen came out for a week

Then on February 22nd we set off to Burma

The padre received 2 new eyes in April.

We enjoyed the food & views at the Dauphin, some yummy Easter Eggs & even joined the madre on her regular weekly visit to Apollonia, the physiotherapist.

Then in May we ventured to England for 12 days, meeting a new relation, and Oscartoo returned with us to Moraira, playing with the Boyzz here, and also Sleepy, 1973 Ted & Fascetious . Only 2 weeks later Oscartoo wondered what he was doing here - and the madre had tried so hard to win over his mother!!. Stephen at least was still allowed, albeit harassed, weekly contact . Hopefully future years might make him seem more significant

June saw us at a fashion photoshoot, then welcoming O'Gorman Kicks Ted and Norfolk Island Ted into the fold, before setting out to Italy to celebrate, for some unknown reason, 50 years on

Norfolk Island Ted made the long sea voyage to join us & OGKicks Ted met Peter at JBC. We also popped in for a photo at Conversa Idiomas with Mercedes and Raquel before the summer hols.

Had our annual pilgrimage to St Priest les Fougeres in late July

Then escaped the heat of a Spanish August to visit Africa, namely Malawi and Tanzania

In September we went over to Oxford, then up north to Sheffield, back down to Winchester, and finally to Malta, all in 10 days!

Returned to Malta twice in October to try to help the madre take the necessary, difficult for her, decisions to furnish our new home there, Hilltop Retirement Village, Naxxar

And on the last day of October we were off, business class!, to Central America for 5 weeks

Back home for just a week and then to Malta for the madre to have a new knee.
